Terms of Use

The SELLER is responsible for delivering the full amount of coins purchased. These are digital coins used inside EA FC, in Ultimate Team mode.

The purchased amount is transferred digitally to the Ultimate Team account indicated by the BUYER, using the game's own transfer market to process the operation.

Payment is charged immediately, as soon as the BUYER provides the required details and authorizes processing. The product is also released right after payment.

On your statement, the payment appears as FIFAGUSTACOINS.

Delivery is 100% digital: there is no physical product and therefore no tracking code. The delivery steps can be followed at any time through our support channels.

Although we deliver 99% of orders in under 20 minutes, our maximum delivery time is 48 business hours.

There is no deadline to collect your product after purchase. The BUYER may request delivery whenever they want, directly on the site or through the support channels (WhatsApp and e-mail).

We consider an order complete when the full amount of coins purchased has been transferred and the customer has confirmed receipt — or when the customer reports no issue within 24 hours of the start of the process.

Upon receiving the product, the BUYER should spend as much as possible on players, within 1 hour of the transfer at most.

The available balance in the BUYER's Ultimate Team account should stay as low as possible for 24 hours after the operation. After that period, the account can be used normally again.

The BUYER must be aware of the Ultimate Team terms of use, which do not allow coin transfers. Therefore, the BUYER assumes full responsibility for the risks of the operation.

The SELLER reserves the right to suspend the BUYER's activities on the site at any time, while always honoring any commitment made before the suspension.
